The hot water system is completly automatic. It heats the water as you ask for it and so the hot water cannot run out. Because the boiler is not close to the bathroom it could take a few seconds for the hot water actually to arrive to a tap there, or to the shower..
The boiler is located in the entrance lobby, in the cuboard behind the entrance door.
